This is one of the smallest units that we have. These units are good for storing file boxes, sports equipment, seasonals, etc.

PARK & SELL units are placed up against the 8 ft security fenceline for maximum 395 Hwy visibility. PARK & SELL is outside open parking space, specifically for the purpose of selling your vehicle from our business. Your Auto, RV, Trailer or Boat will be on a secure lot with good hwy exposure. No need to go get it every night from the corner lot.
A&B Mini storage is not operating as an auto dealership. Any potential sales contracts and/or terms will be solely between seller and buyer.

These units are a good size for minimum storage needs.This is one of our more popular unit sizes. These units could store up to a one bedroom's funishings.

These units are somewhat larger than the 10 x 10's, but have regular sized doors on them, not the easier bay doors. You get more storage space for your money when you select one of these units.

This unit is the size of a one car garage, and will hold up to a 4 bedroom house full of furnishings.

These units are our largest units. They do not last long, so if we have any available, I would suggest you get right on it. These units are popular with contractors, and business owners for their storage needs.

This unit is the size of a 2 car garage, plus+. This will hold a lot of stuff. Multi family move? Contactors, business owners extra storage? This unit does not stay avalaible very long.

OUTSIDE STORAGE: We have over an acre of outside storage space for your boat, rv, heavy equiment, trailers, etc. We have 8 ft security fence surrounding the property, and it is lit at night. We have on site resident manager.
